The judges spent time separately and together tasting the wines and using the recognised scoring methods of the International Wines and Spirits Competition and the Decanter World Wine Awards awarded medals to those wines deemed worthy.

All Wines were tasted blind and the judges didn’t even know who had or hadn’t entered their wines.
