Below are the entry forms for this years “Essex Wine Awards 2025” that will need to be completed. The entry form will need to be competed for each wine. If you submit 3 different wines we will need a separate forms for each wine, as each wine will be different. A submission form will need to be completed, 1 form to cover all your wines being submitted for judging. The Rules sheet gives the rules of the competition.
Forms should be completed and sent by Friday 13th June and the wine(s) should be sent by Friday 20th June 2025, unless arranged differently with the organisers.
