“Whilst the Charmat Method is not new to the UK and the Bacchus is certainly not new, there are only a few producers using the method and variety together. This wine sang with bright fresh aromas of grapefruit, elderflower and grass, typical of the variety, plus a fresh and vibrant mousse to enliven the palate. This is not the most complex wine, but it certainly delivers plenty of wine pleasure, pure and simple.
